Sales

Our sales staff is comprised of 19 outside copier, fax and software solutions representatives, each managing a specific territory or group of accounts. These professionals creatively advance our market presence with impeccable integrity. Having an average tenure of almost 10 years, these consultants are experienced in helping your company get the most out of the technology you have today and transitioning to the technology of tomorrow. All of our sales reps carry the CDIA+ (Certified Document Imaging Architect) designation and work toward providing you the most productive solution to fit your needs.

For example, the W6200 and W8200 large format printers represent MBM’s entry into a fast growing segment of the color printing market.

Customer Support Team

Our Customer Support Department was established to provide the customer with a convenient, single point of contact at MBM from which to request information, products and services. Customer Support can be easily contacted by a local or a toll free phone call, by fax or by using our website. Each member of the department is teamed with members of our Sales and Service Departments to ensure your needs are met. With an average of over five and one-half years with MBM, these representatives are knowledgeable and experienced. Their goal is to address your needs quickly and accurately.

Your Company’s Customer Support Representative can help you with requesting service, ordering supplies and getting answers to questions you may have regarding service agreements, invoicing, etc.

Supply requests are sent immediately to our warehouse for shipping. Orders received by 10:00 A. M. are shipped to the customer the same day.

Service

Our Service department dedicates itself to keeping your equipment running the way it was intended throughout its lifecycle. With today’s ever changing technology, our Technical Service Representatives receive over 100 hours of dedicated training every year. MBM hosts a Canon certified on-site training facility and on-staff trainer. Averaging almost eight years of experience, our techs are prepared to resolve a wide variety of the repair needs at the first call.

A dedicated group of Connectivity and Integration Specialists coordinates MBM incorporation of our products with a variety of network environments, including Microsoft, Novell, Macintosh, AS400 and Unix. This group of individuals maintain various certifications in networking, desktop support and telecommunications from industry leaders such as Microsoft, CompTIA, and Apple. These Specialists will work with you in coordinating the installation of your new MBM equipment. They will set up the machine in your location, configure the functionality to fit your needs and network and train your end users to assure they are utilizing the product to its fullest.

Operations

Our Operations department provides the administrative support at MBM. The members have an average of over 5 years of experience at MBM. Among other activities, this group insures that we have our stock supplies available. Currently, we are able to ship “same day” over 99.6% of the time. In addition, the Performance Guarantee Maintenance Agreements are managed by our Contract Administrators. MBM Leasing is the in-house leasing division of MBM with all contracts retained by MBM.
